Home Treatments for Dry Skin

Dry Skin causes a lot of problems. More concern is when the weather around you changes. Winter season is the most important, as the skin becomes more dry and you should take proper care of your skin.

Avoiding dry skin
Do not abuse the pools because it found that the chlorine causes excess skin irritation . When bathing, water should not be too hot, and after the shower you can use a few drops of baby oil on wet hands and then pass it on through the body.

Avoid consumption of snuff.  difficult Smoking tissue oxygenation which causes  the skin to dry and wrinkle  quickly.

It is better not to apply moisturizers and moisturizing homemade after bathing, and soaps  should be neutral, creams that are used should also be free of fragrance. Note that during winter the skin dries further, and you should care harder. If left untreated, the dry skin can cause dermatitis, an inflammation of the skin.

Home Treatments for Dry Skin

1 – Olive Oil: Includes two teaspoons of olive oil , two tablespoons of avocado milkshake, a teaspoon of castor oil and 40 ml. witch hazel. All should be well mixed and heated in a water bath, until the dough, which is then applied to the skin and allowed to stand for 5 minutes.
2 – Strawberries: Some fruits are also very effective, strawberries are one of them and it takes only four to prepare another mask. Six tablespoons vegetable shortening and three hamamelis lotion. By gentle massage, it should be applied on the forehead and cheekbones. When you have finished applying, leave it for a few minutes to absorb the properties and then rinse with warm water.
3 – Wheat Germ:  further care ingredient for  dry skin  is wheat germ. Add two tablespoons of wheat germ to your cereal every morning. Its high content of vitamin E is very beneficial  for dry skin .
4.  Carrot puree:  For dry skin and starting, apply on skin, cold carrot puree.
5.  Potato and Olive Oil:  Mix one tablespoon of grated potato, a teaspoon of olive oil and half a teaspoon of plain yogurt. Apply on clean skin. Leave on for 15 minutes. If your skin is cracked, do not use yogurt.

Follow these steps and forget the wretched, or dry skin. There is nothing better than home treatments and proper rest.
